A Great Spring Find at Payless - Isabel Toledo Striped Vamp and Kitten Heels

Just in at Payless Shoes are these adorable black and white heels from Isabel Toledo.  They are perfect for Spring!!!!  So reasonably priced!!

    I found them at Payless about two weeks ago. Have you checked their website? Also, ask the front desk to locate them at another store in the area.

    Not all Payless' carry the "by designer" collections - call customer service to find out what stores carry them in your area. Just found mine!
